Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the 30-day warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What Will We Do?

• Replacement: If your product is found to be defective, we will replace the defective product with a new one.
• Repair: In cases where a replacement is not available, we may choose to repair the defective item.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by natural disasters.
• Consumable parts such as batteries, unless product damage occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

How to File a Warranty Claim?

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@luminal.shop within 30 days of receiving your product. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos.
2. Return Instructions: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if necessary.
3. Evaluation: Once we receive your product, our team will inspect it to determine the cause of the issue.
4. Resolution: If the product is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty, we will either repair or replace it and ship it back to you at no extra cost.

Shipping & Delivery

Luminal™, we strive to offer the best value and service to our customers. While we do have a shipping fee, rest assured that your order will be delivered as quickly as possible. Typically, orders will arrive within 6-10 business days, depending on your location.

We use reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. Shipments from our warehouses in Asia are handled by E-Packet or EMS, and in the USA, we ship through USPS. 

Shipping to Over 45 Countries

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

Lost/Missing Packages

Luminal are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

My Tracking Says “No Information Available At The Moment”

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
